Morning Jay!!! 오늘은 Comparative 또는 Comparison 즉, 비교급에 대해 알아볼 거야. 이번에 개봉하는 분노의질주 9을 한번 보자!
1. Comparative(비교급)의 기본 형태 - 어떻게 말할까?
◎ 기본적으로 Comparative는 꾸며주는 대상에 사용되는 Adjective(형용사)나 Adverb(부사)를 다른 대상과 비교해 그 보다 "더 그러하다"라는 의미를 부여하기 위해 사용할 수 있어.
◎ One-syllable(한 음절) Adjective(형용사)의 경우 그 단어의 끝에 "-er"를 붙이고, two-syllable(두 음절)이나 끝에 "-ly"가 붙는 Adverb(부사)의 경우엔 해당 단어들의 앞에 "more(더)"를 붙여서 말을 할 수 있어. 예를 들어 한번 보자.
● Cipher: 우리 어떻게 여행할까? 우리 운전할까? 또는 기차로 갈까?
= How shall we travel? Shall we drive or go by train?
● Jacob: 운전하자. 그게 더 싸.
= Let's drive. It's cheaper.
● 기차로 가지 마. 그게 더 비싸.
= Don't go by train. It's more expensive.
2. Adjective(형용사)와 Adverb(부사)에 Comparative(비교급)을 사용하는 방법들.

● 네 평생, 넌 Dom보다 더 빠르고, 더 똑똑하고, 더 세지기 위해 네 자신을 밀어붙여 왔어. 그런데 넌 그를 죽일 수 있겠어? 왜냐하면 너가 그렇다면 난 준비되거든.
