Uso! What do you fear of? Darkness, Heights or Failure? 오늘은 지난 시간에 알아봤던 Adjective(형용사)와 preposition(전치사)간의 조합을 알아보는 두 번째 시간이야.
1. Adjective + of / afraid of(~를 두려워하는), full of(~로 가득찬). | Adjective + about(~에 대해)
◎ 시작하기에 앞서 'Adjective + of'로 할 수 있는 말들을 한번 보자.

● 넌 거미들이 두려워?
= Are you afraid of spiders?
● 왜 너는 항상 다른 사람들을 그렇게 질투하는 거야?
= Why are you always so jealous of others?
● 난 그녀가 오늘 밤 도착한다 들어왔어. 하지만 난 그것이/에 대해 확실하지 않아.
= I've heard she's arriving tonight, but I'm not sure of/about that.
● 난 그 소식을 알지 못했어. 그게 뭐에 대한건데?
= I wasn't aware of the news. What is that about?
2. Adjective + at / to / from / in / on / with / for.
◎ 이것도 예를 들어가면서 어떤 형태로 쓰이는지 한번 보자.

● 난 무엇인가를 창조하는 것에 정말 좋아. (= 뭘 만드는걸 매우 잘해.)
= I'm very good at creating something.
● Tris는 한 독일인에게 결혼한 상태야. (= 독일인과 결혼했어.)
= Tris is married to a German. (not married with)
● Tris는 세 아이들과 함께 결혼한 상태야. (= 결혼햇고, 아이 셋이 있는 상태임)
= Tris is married with three children. (= married and has three kids)
3. Divergent(다이버전트)_ Tris: 너 고소공포증 있구나! / Four: 누구나 무서워하는건 있어.
● Tris: 넌 높이들을 무서워 하는구나. (= 고소공포증 있구나 너)
= You're afraid of heights.
● Four: 모든 사람은 무언가를 두려워해.
= Everyone's afraid of something.
● Tris: 난 거나 뭔가를 두려워했다고 생각하지 않았거든.
= I didn't think you were afraid of anything.
오늘의 요약. I'm not afraid!!!
